Stamford Sport Wheels (SSW) is a subsidiary of Stamford Tyres Corporation Limited (STCL), a global distributor and retailer of tyres, alloy wheels and car accessories established since 1930. STCL is listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST). Our factory has a built-up area of 19,600 sq m and is situated 60 km from the north of Bangkok in the province of Nonthaburi. With more than 350 staff and two state-of-the-art factory sites, ssw has a capacity of about 60,000 wheels a month. SSW, Manufacturer of High Quality Aluminum Alloy Wheels in Thailand with products range from sizes 13” to 24”, available for passenger car, SUV, MPV and light truck. Wide variety designs and finishing are from team of experienced designers and USA Designing house. Factory is currently exporting the wheels internationally in Europe, USA, Australia and most of Asia Countries. Started 1st factory with Tilting Gravity Casting technology equipped with robotic melt feeders, SSW has added new production line in May 2008 using latest low-pressure casting technology which provides high product efficiencies without compromising on superior quality product. With the new addition, factory has a capacity of 75,000 wheels a month with room for further expansion. The new facility also comes with a modernized painting line, housed in a clean environment with dust free spray booths and this allows them to achieve more consistent and flawless finishing. Under stringent quality control process, the plant is certified by JWL/JWL-T (Japan), GOST (Euro-Asian Council, CommonwealthIndependentStates) as well as TUV Rheinland, Germany for ISO 9001:2000 and TS16949:2002 since year 2006.
